Fried Halfbeak

Ultracker’s annual company travel in 2009 is in Malaysia. The most delicious thing A-Mao thought is halfbeak by net dragging. In Japan, halfbeak is usually made into sashimi, nigiri or tenpura, whereas this one is fried with bone directly. It is a pity not to enjoy raw, crispy fish. After being fried, however, its elegant flavor is like the friendship between men of virtue which is as light as water. Also good to eat.
